CANCELLATION ,REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Cancellation before shipment : If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on contact or call/Msg us on +919837207458 email :(10 am –5 pm, Mon - Fri) In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money if already paid by you will be refunded to you in form of ClapCoins of equivalent amount in your Customer wallet within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.The amount of Clapcoins recieved will be reflected in your customer wallet after 24-48 hours and these coins can be used by you for your future purchases.

Cancellation post shipment :

• In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. A return charge of 120 rupees will be applicable in such cases. In case you accept the product at you end intentionally or unintentionally after putting the cancellation request, your cancellation request will be terminated at our end. The refund will always be in the form of Clapcoins of equivalent amount in your customer wallet. {Kindly read the ClapCoins Policy)

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

MashClap would never return anything good..There will be no return of any goods post shipment and receiving of the order package except in case the product delivered is damaged. If you have recieved a wrong or damaged product, only then the return will be provided. In this case, MashClap offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 2 Business Days of receiving its delivery. We also accept partial returns in the above mentioned case wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@mashclap.com) or call us on (10am - 5pm, Mon - Fri) within 2 Business Days of receiving the order.
• Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
• Proper video of the package recieved at your end right from opening of the package to specifying the problem in the package is to be sent by the customer which will help us in checking the status of the package.
• The package and its contents should be in original form and the free gifts if given in the package are to be returned in the original condition.
• Step 4: After having recieved all the above mentioned information from your end and verifying it, We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
• The shipping charges for the return of the products will be charged from the customer In case of a return/Cancellation, we process the refund (after the deduction of return shipping charges) once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking or done by COD, we provide the hassle free option of refund by putting equivalent amount of ClapCoins in your login wallet.

This refund will be processed from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days or more for the amount to reflect in your customer wallet. The Clapcoins you will recieve in the customer wallet will be equal to the amount spent by you on the purchase of the above products and these Clapcoins can be use by you for your future purchases.(kindly refer to the Clapcoins policy in this context).

*Kindly note that in case of return, the entire order package with its entire products as it is will be returned irrespective of one or all products damaged and there will be no replacement of the products provided. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• Request is generated after 2 Business Days of receiving the order (Conditions apply)
• Proper video right from opening of the courier package containing the purchased products to specifying the problem is not provided by the customer.
• Product is damaged due to use by Customer
• Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
• Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
• Product is used or altered or the package contents are missing.
• The product is good to use as per the advice of the manufacturing brand and the product has no issues as such
• The product is wrongly purchased by the customer, in which case the customer needs to check the items prior to receiving the order Mistake/Fraud/Misplacement by Shipping Company MashClap does not take the responsibility for any kind of mistake/fraud/misplacement of package or goods therein by the shipping company before or after the package delivered by the Shipping/Courier company to the customer.

*KINDLY NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE USED DISCOUNT VOUCHERS/COUPONS AVAILABLE ON SITE TO PURCHASE THE ORDER AND LATER ON THE ORDER GETS
CANCELLED OR RETURNED BY YOU, YOU WILL LOSE THE DISCOUNT VOUCHERS/COUPONS AVAILED ALREADY AND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BACK IN
