I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

We only permit the return of the order if the contents inside the package are damaged. Though Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation within 2 Business Days of receiving the package. Just as much as we love showering you with discounts on these products, we would like to share that the products sold during the sale are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. Kindly refer and read the cancellation and return policy in this context.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

 Can I return part of my order?

No,The entire order package is to be returned with all the purchased products irrespective of one or all products are damaged. The entire order will be returned as it is and no full or partial replacement of the order will be provided.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In case of a return/Cancellation, we process the refund (after the deduction of return shipment charges) once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking or done by COD, we provide the hassle free option of refund by putting equivalent amount of ClapCoins in your login wallet. Or providing you with equivalent amount of voucher coupons as suitable for MashClap. This refund will be processed from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 10- 4 additional business days or more for the amount to reflect in your customer wallet. The Clapcoins you will recieve in the customer wallet will be equal to the amount spent by you on the purchase of the above returned products and these Clapcoins can be use by you for your future purchases.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund for already prepaid payments within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

• For payments done through net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

• Cancellation of order after/post the shipment will not be done.

• Refer our cancellation policy in this context.

What if I used discount vouchers or coupons during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you received the order If you had redeemed Mashpoints/Clapcoins for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
